Welcome to GotBooked, an event vendor marketplace operated by GotTickets. By accessing or using GotBooked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What GotBooked is

GotBooked is a platform that helps event hosts discover and contact independent vendors (“Vendors”). GotBooked is not the provider of the services listed — Vendors are independent third parties responsible for their own services. Any agreement, booking, payment or service is directly between the host and the Vendor.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 to use GotBooked.

4. Bookings & payments

Bookings, quotes, contracts and payments for a Vendor's services are arranged directly between the host and the Vendor. GotBooked facilitates the introduction and messaging but is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for a Vendor's performance or a host's payment. Where GotBooked charges Vendors listing or feature fees, those fees will be disclosed before purchase.

5. Reviews & content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. You grant GotBooked a license to display the content you post. We may remove content that is false, abusive, infringing or otherwise violates these terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use GotBooked to post unlawful, misleading, harassing or infringing content, to spam, to scrape the site, or to circumvent our fees or security. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

GotBooked is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not endorse or guarantee any Vendor, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any service arranged through the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GotBooked and GotTickets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any dealings between hosts and Vendors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
